Industry leader Wishihadthat is a rapidly expanding privately held corporation specializing in directly manufacturing, importing, wholesaling and retailing many lines of architectural products and other unique décor products.  We are seeking people all over the country to introduce and sell our products in their own communities...something we are not able to do.  Why not you?

Independent Retailers are separate business owners (not franchisees, investors or employees) operating under their own business name.  Let's say it's you...you can sell anywhere, to anyone, at any price, with no minimum sales requirements. You have wholesale access to thousands of unique architectural and other decorative items carefully selected, directly manufactured or imported by Wishihadthat or any of it's affiliates. 

Wishihadthat’s Independent Retailer Support Program offers business owners behind-the-scenes support from set-up to sale:

• Independent Retailers will be assisted by Wishihadthat in select ing their own domain name and Wishihadthat will purchase and establish that domain.  Normally, within 24 hours,  Wishihadthat will provide a standard business site (identical to this one, sans Independent Retailer Program information) personalized and customized with the Independent Retailer’s information throughout and showcasing their selected Wishihadthat product departments. 
• If desired, Wishihadthat can also supply an extensive kit of product samples and print marketing materials, including premium catalogs with customization labels, business cards and other tools.
• As business gets underway, the full technical and service support of our company and an assigned Wishihadthat representative are at your service.
• When products sell, Wishihadthat can drop ship the order directly to your customers. You don’t have to stock or ship a thing. You never even have to touch your inventory – unless you prefer to hand deliver it to maximize your opportunities to build your customer relationship.

As shown, your site will include many links and images including catalogs, pricing guides and order forms in .pdf format. Your 12-month renewable website lease includes the domain purchase, hosting, initial set-up and personalization, use of the content seen here and periodic company-originated content updates, plus two hours per year of free personal content alterations and additions of non-managed pages as desired.  If you are a builder or designer and want to add content pages...no problem.  If you also want to sell other products (subject to approval as non-objectionable), no problem.

Package Rates: $500 first year/$350 annual renewal...BUT your annual costs will be reimbursed in the form of product credits if you reach $10,000 in wholesale purchases from the program in the calendar year.  With any effort on your part, $10K in sales is easy, so you should be able to receive the program for free each year that you are active.  No reimbursement of program costs or annual content lease will be made if you do not reach $10,000 in orders.

  co-op basis at $.50/ea. + shipping.  These cost us over $1.00 each just to print these catalogs, so you will pay   less than half of our cost.  You will receive 10 free catalogs with your participation to get you started (albeit, you will want more to spread around!)

  We can create personalized color-coordinated Avery 2x4” labels, customized with your business, website and contact information, in a high-resolution .pdf file to enable you to print as many labels as desired.
• Business cards
  We can design and have business cards personalized with your business name, web and contact information.  Cards are provided at our cost - 1,000 cards minimum.
• CD Catalogs
  Architectural Décor CD Catalogs are available (2 sent free with your participation) and even personalize them with your business name on the cover and electronic pages, plus the right to download and reproduce unlimited copies of the CD.
• Pricing Guides
  An initial supply of pricing guides are included.  We also offer pricing guides (you give these out with catalogs) that are customized throughout with your business name and information and with whatever pricing mode you desire (retail MSRP, MSRP+10%, +15%, +20%, etc.), plus a high resolution .pdf file for home printing.

While not required, we certainly encourage all participants to purchase at least a basic Sample Package, which includes approximately 50 - 12” samples of our top-selling mouldings, several medallions, corbels and an assortment of other decorative products. It's very difficult to sell something if the buyer cannot hold or touch the product material, and this is appropriate for almost all sales calls and presentations. You may purchase other, more extensive sample kits, as our package kits range from $500 to $3,950.  Larger packages could stock a small showroom, shoulod you desire that.  We recommend Package A for its portability: no fixed showroom is as effective as face-to-face contacts with key sales targets.

Wishihadthat directly imports and/or manufactures goods in large quantities from international sources, we aquire our products by the container at a cost which allows us enough margin to keep our wholesale pricing very low.  This gives you the potential for substantial profit margins...in your community or wherever you go!

Our unique and extensive array of widely sought-after home décor items cannot be found in big box retail home stores in your area. Even through the recent recession, demand for our products has grown. Customers are looking for them!  As an independent business, you can sell these products in your immediate area or anywhere else you choose to go, without territorial boundaries. The Independent Retailer Support Program allows you to retail products purchased wholesale from us. A typical markup from wholesale to retail would be 60-100% or more. Your pricing, however, is completely at your discretion, providing you understand you'll need to cover your underlying wholesale cost.  You own your business and you determine what you will sell these items for – whether at wholesale cost to a friend or at 100% mark-up (or more) to a customer.

Wishihadthat establishes only the wholesale price at which we sell to you. Item-by-item wholesale price lists will always be available to you via concealed (hidden from the public) links on your own business website after it is set up.   Just how good are our initial wholesale rates? While wholesale rates may vary for some products, the discounts listed below are typical of the steep price reductions we offer wholesalers on products in each category. (Note that we may be able to offer you even lower wholesale rates in some categories after you pass certain sales milestones.)

As a wholesaler buyer, for example, an average order of moulding that retails for $400 on Wishihadthat.com would cost you around $220, plus $30-$50 shipping. If you match our listed price (which is less then you'll find anywhere else), your profit would be around $150 without having to stock a single item, and you could sell for more than our list price and still remain competitive against any other area providers. 

Marble & Fiberglass Statues and Carvings Wholesale Pricing
35-40% off Wishihadthat.com retail list price, plus shipping
We are a serious importer of a wide range of marble and fierglass products.  For example, a life-sized statue that retails for $5,000 could be purchased at our wholesale rate of $3,000, plus shipping. Wishihadthat would prepare and crate the statue at no additioanl charge, and shipping rates might vary from $200 (West Coast) to $600 (East Coast). Some of our retailers report purchasing solid marble statues wholesale from us for just $3,000 and reselling them for $15,000. That’s fine with us! Whatever retail rates your market supports, your wholesale cost on these products is 40% off our list retail pricing, plus shipping.

Our margins in this product category are lower as we either custom manufacture our features (see http://www.wishihadthat.com/custom-fountains.aspx) or purchase them from other manufacturers.  However, we are usually the most cost-competitive custom fountain manufacturer by thousands of dollars, so if you have a customer who needs a custom fountain, you may win the bid even with a mark-up twice our list price. Familiarize yourself with our extensive water feature options if you choose to include this product category in your website.

The rapid set-up and ongoing maintenance of a personalized business website in your business name is a crucial component of Wishihadthat’s Independent Retailer Support Program packages outlined above.

As you probably know, a quality website has become an essential marketing tool in any sales business. We can provide you with an immediate, simple, and cost-advantaged solution. Here’s how it works…

1. Select a domain name
   Wishihadthat will work with you to select an appropriate domain name for your business (e.g., www.yourbusinessname.com), per availability, and takes care of the purchase and registration.  The domain name is owned by you and becomes a part of your completely independent retail business.
   
   
2. We personalize the content and customize the product categories you choose to retail
   While the domain name is yours, Wishihadthat leases to you the website format and content you see on this site – personalized to introduce you to your customers, showcasing thousands of architectural décor products in categories you choose to make available through your retail business and placing business tools such as pricing guides and order forms at your fingertips. Browse the right hand navigation column to see the products and tools you can make available to customers in your area.
   
   
3. Within 24 hours, we launch your own independent business website
   In one business day, we can have your website set up, open to the public and full of unique products— just as you see it here, but personalized and, of course, minus the Independent Retailer Support Program information. All headers and footers will be personalized in your business name. About Us, Contact and Installation Tips will be personalized with your information. All Independent Retailer Support Program information will be removed and the product categories you have chosen to retail will be visible to your customers.
   
   
4. You begin directing current and potential customers to the resources on your site
   You can sell the thousands of products you see in this site to target customers – builders, designers, architects, business and home owners – in your community… or anywhere you venture.  You determine how to "get the word out" in your community and how you wish to advertise, if you want an office separate from your home, etc.
   
   
5. We provide ongoing technical support and periodic product updates to our content
   Wishihadthat will periodically add exciting new products and useful information, informing you via email of any changes made. We will also provide two free hours of personal content upgrades per year, which can include adding additional pages of content at your direction. 
   
   
6. We help post personal upgrades, like ads you sell or non-Wishihadthat product pages
    You have the option of selling and retaining income from ads on your personalized pages to offset the cost of your participation in our Independent Retailer Support Programs. (See notes in About Us, Contact and Installation Tips sections.) If you sell ad space, we can help you post the ads.
   
   The “stock” content-controlled pages are not subject to change other than by Wishihadthat, but we can add additional pages (including pages featuring products from other sources) at your request, provided you supply the content to us and it is inoffensive.
   
   After two hours of free personal content upgrades, additional personal changes can be made by Wishihadthat’s web support team for a fee of $10 per 10-minute unit.
   
   
7. You may renew annually or end your program content lease at any time.
   At any time, you may end this program.  If you wish to continue the domain name, you can pay us a flat fee of $100 to facilitate the assignment of your domain, at which time we will cancel all content on your site.  We will then deactivate our ability to maintain your site and send you the administrative codes to manage it for yourself (without any content). You will assume all responsibility for annual hosting fees as well as handling any and all future maintenance services and fees.  Failure to pay annual renewal lease or the $100 conversion fee will forfeit both the content and domain name to Wishihadthat, Inc.

VI. “BLIND” DROP SHIPPING

We Save You Trouble, Serve Your Buyers and Give You the Credit!

With more than a decade of importing and selling online, we’ve become experts at packing and shipping even the most heavy or fragile architectural or decorative products.

In case you’re not familiar with the term, “drop shipping” is the shipping of a product directly from the manufacturer or wholesaler to the customer without requiring the retailer to carry any inventory.

We will drop ship your orders using a “blind” shipping method – as far as your customer is concerned the product comes from your company. We can ship directly to your customer, including any literature you send us to enclose with your orders. Or, if you prefer, we can ship to you so that you can deliver the order in person to your local client and maximize your opportunities to build the customer relationship.

At no time will Wishihadthat nor any subsiciary make direct contact nor provide any contact information during the shipping process.

VII. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS TO NOTE
Documents you'll need to set up this business

You do not have to obtain these items before we start setting up your business support services, but they are required before you can begin selling, so you'll want to get them as quickly as possible after signing up. 

Doing Business As (“DBA”) License

If you are operating your business or website using any name other than your natural name, you are required to secure a DBA license from your local government. (This is frequently referred to as a “Fictitious Business Name Filing” and is often obtainable for a nominal fee.)  You'll need to acquire a DBA in the name of your business/website and send a copy to us.

Sales Tax
As the business owner, you will be responsible for collecting any and all state sales tax from your customers in any state where you have a physical presence, even if passing. This means you must…   

• Register for a sales tax account in the states where you make a sale by submitting an application to the state’s taxing authority (e.g., Department of Revenue, Board of Equalization, etc.).
• Provide Wishihadthat, Inc. a resale exemption certificate (called a “resellers permit” or “sales tax exemption certificate” in some states) so that you are not charged sales tax on your wholesale purchases from us.
• Collect any applicable sales tax from your customers.
• File any sales tax returns or reports that may be required. Many states will allow you to file returns and remit sales tax online.
• Detailed information on sales tax requirements will be easily accessible on the website of each state’s taxing authority.

The above DBA and Reseller Permit are necessary for any retail business operation, regardless of state of operating, and are required by us as well.

VIII. COST OF PROGRAM - It can be free!

There has been much involved at our end to set this program up.  We can only offer this program at this rate because we expect a good number of participants...in fact we are targeting for 1,000 throughout the USA and Canada within 12-15 months.  Since each participant is completely independent from our company, we have made no requirements as far as previous business experience, age, education, business location, how hard you have to work, etc.  We have made this business opportunity affordable for almost anyone that would want to participate, and leave the local success stories to the participants.  We are simply hoping that each participant is goal-oriented and willing to put in some effort to individually succeed.  With that in mind, your financial commitment is:

$500 first year, which includes the $350 for leasing the content and upkeep plus the initial cost of your domain, registration, building the website, etc.  Each year thereafter a $350 content renewal fee will apply.  However, your costs can be totally reimbursed in the form of product credits if you reach only $10,000 in wholesale purchases from us in the calendar year.  With any effort on your part, $10K in sales will be easy, so you should be able to receive this program free each year that you are active.  No reimbursement of program costs or annual content lease will be made if you fail to reach $10,000 in placed and paid orders.  The reimbursement will be in the form of a 50% off wholesale credit until the $500 or $350 is used.  In other words, after you have $10,000 in order on the books, the next $1,000 you order will be paid $500 (of $350) as a credit plus you add the balance for payment.  We could not do this any cheaper...but we want every participant to earn that reimbursement, too!

Compare the cost of this program and all it includes with the cost of starting any other business from scratch.  What would be the cost of hiring someone to build and maintain this kind of website, design marketing materials, find products, store inventory, arrange shipment, etc.?  You’ll see there really is no reason why you should not be successful!  We’re providing the tools, products, and services in a package that almost guarantees you success if you put in the effort.

Annual Renewal
Program participants will be charged $350 annually to renew our website content and maintenance services. The renewal fee includes domain fees, site hosting, content management, and must be paid in full 10 days before the annual anniversary date of your program sign-up.  Your credit card will be automatically billed, unless you notify us of your desire to cancel your participation.

Other Fees

As discussed above, personal website content upgrades and additions can be added.  For example, if you have another business and wish to add content to this website, we can do it.  Additions beyond what is automatically included with our website program that exceed twelve (12) 10 minute units will be billed at $10 per 10 minute minimum increment, rounding up to the next increment.  Example, a change that takes us 16 minutes will be billed as 2 units, or $20.   Most minor changes can be made in a matter of minutes and within the 2 hours free each year and not cost you anything.  We can add hundreds of pictures and description, dozens of new and unique pages to any website...just remember that you need to get those things orderly to us to minimize the time it takes for us to add them for you. 

Cost of Marketing Tools, such as catalogs, cds, business cards, samples, display kits, etc.

Print and digital sales materials beyond any included in your support package may be purchased from Wishihadthat, Inc.  A link will be provided with 24/7 access to online wholesale ordering. 

Cancellation of Website Content Support and Maintenance Services

In lieu of renewal or at any other time, you may cancel our support services to your website, but retain  the domain name by payment of $100 and assume all future hosting and web services.  At that point, all managed content and formatting supplied by us for your domain will be eliminated.  You may take over management of your website domain and assume all administrative control and costs of your site.  We will immediately deactivate our ability to maintain or support your site and send you the administrative codes to manage it for yourself.  You assume all responsibility for the site, including all future hosting and maintenance fees and services.

Non-payment of the annual content fee will deactiviate all contents from your website 10 days after any payment is due,  and a restoration fee of $200 will be charged to reactivate your basic website content.
