A rapidly available personalized website with your business name on every page, identical in layout, design and content to this one (sans this Independent Retailer Program information, of course) showcasing as many or few Architectural and other Décor categories as you like. As shown, your site will include many links and images including catalogs, pricing guides and order forms in .pdf format. Your 12-month renewable website lease includes the domain purchase, hosting, initial set-up and personalization, use of the content seen here and periodic company-originated content updates, plus two hours per year of free personal content alterations and additions of non-managed pages as desired. If you are a builder or designer and want to add content pages...no problem. If you also want to sell other products (subject to approval as non-objectionable), no problem.

Package Rates: $500 first year/$350 annual renewal...BUT your annual costs will be reimbursed in the form of product credits if you reach $10,000 in wholesale purchases from the program in the calendar year. With any effort on your part, $10K in sales is easy, so you should be able to receive the program for free each year that you are active. No reimbursement of program costs or annual content lease will be made if you do not reach $10,000 in orders.

Sample Packages
While not required, we certainly encourage all participants to purchase at least a basic Sample Package, which includes approximately 50 - 12” samples of our top-selling mouldings, several medallions, corbels and an assortment of other decorative products. It's very difficult to sell something if the buyer cannot hold or touch the product material, and this is appropriate for almost all sales calls and presentations. You may purchase other, more extensive sample kits, as our package kits range from $500 to $3,950. Larger packages could stock a small showroom, shoulod you desire that. We recommend Package A for its portability: no fixed showroom is as effective as face-to-face contacts with key sales targets.

Wishihadthat directly imports and/or manufactures goods in large quantities from international sources, we aquire our products by the container at a cost which allows us enough margin to keep our wholesale pricing very low. Our unique and extensive array of widely sought-after home décor items cannot be found in big box retail home stores in your area. Even through the recent recession, demand for our products has grown. Customers are looking for them! Wishihadthat establishes only the wholesale price at which we sell to you. Item-by-item wholesale price lists will always be available to you via concealed (hidden from the public) links on your own business website after it is set up. Just how good are our initial wholesale rates? While wholesale rates may vary for some products, the discounts listed below are typical of the steep price reductions we offer wholesalers on products in each category. (Note that we may be able to offer you even lower wholesale rates in some categories after you pass certain sales milestones.)

As a wholesaler buyer, for example, an average order of moulding that retails for $400 on Wishihadthat.com would cost you around $220, plus $30-$50 shipping. If you match our listed price (which is less then you'll find anywhere else), your profit would be around $150 without having to stock a single item, and you could sell for more than our list price and still remain competitive against any other area providers.

35-40% off Wishihadthat.com retail list price, plus shipping
We are a serious importer of a wide range of marble and fierglass products. For example, a life-sized statue that retails for $5,000 could be purchased at our wholesale rate of $3,000, plus shipping. Wishihadthat would prepare and crate the statue at no additioanl charge, and shipping rates might vary from $200 (West Coast) to $600 (East Coast). Some of our retailers report purchasing solid marble statues wholesale from us for just $3,000 and reselling them for $15,000. That’s fine with us! Whatever retail rates your market supports, your wholesale cost on these products is 40% off our list retail pricing, plus shipping.

However, we are usually the most cost-competitive custom fountain manufacturer by thousands of dollars, so if you have a customer who needs a custom fountain, you may win the bid even with a mark-up twice our list price. VI. “BLIND” DROP SHIPPING
We Save You Trouble, Serve Your Buyers and Give You the Credit!
With more than a decade of importing and selling online, we’ve become experts at packing and shipping even the most heavy or fragile architectural or decorative products.
In case you’re not familiar with the term, “drop shipping” is the shipping of a product directly from the manufacturer or wholesaler to the customer without requiring the retailer to carry any inventory.
We will drop ship your orders using a “blind” shipping method – as far as your customer is concerned the product comes from your company. We can ship directly to your customer, including any literature you send us to enclose with your orders. Or, if you prefer, we can ship to you so that you can deliver the order in person to your local client and maximize your opportunities to build the customer relationship.
At no time will Wishihadthat nor any subsiciary make direct contact nor provide any contact information during the shipping process.
VII. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS TO NOTE
Documents you'll need to set up this business
You do not have to obtain these items before we start setting up your business support services, but they are required before you can begin selling, so you'll want to get them as quickly as possible after signing up.
Doing Business As (“DBA”) License
If you are operating your business or website using any name other than your natural name, you are required to secure a DBA license from your local government. (This is frequently referred to as a “Fictitious Business Name Filing” and is often obtainable for a nominal fee.) You'll need to acquire a DBA in the name of your business/website and send a copy to us.
Sales Tax
As the business owner, you will be responsible for collecting any and all state sales tax from your customers in any state where you have a physical presence, even if passing. This means you must…
The above DBA and Reseller Permit are necessary for any retail business operation, regardless of state of operating, and are required by us as well.
VIII. COST OF PROGRAM - It can be free!
There has been much involved at our end to set this program up. We can only offer this program at this rate because we expect a good number of participants...in fact we are targeting for 1,000 throughout the USA and Canada within 12-15 months. Since each participant is completely independent from our company, we have made no requirements as far as previous business experience, age, education, business location, how hard you have to work, etc. We have made this business opportunity affordable for almost anyone that would want to participate, and leave the local success stories to the participants. We are simply hoping that each participant is goal-oriented and willing to put in some effort to individually succeed. With that in mind, your financial commitment is:
$500 first year, which includes the $350 for leasing the content and upkeep plus the initial cost of your domain, registration, building the website, etc. Each year thereafter a $350 content renewal fee will apply. However, your costs can be totally reimbursed in the form of product credits if you reach only $10,000 in wholesale purchases from us in the calendar year. With any effort on your part, $10K in sales will be easy, so you should be able to receive this program free each year that you are active. No reimbursement of program costs or annual content lease will be made if you fail to reach $10,000 in placed and paid orders. The reimbursement will be in the form of a 50% off wholesale credit until the $500 or $350 is used. In other words, after you have $10,000 in order on the books, the next $1,000 you order will be paid $500 (of $350) as a credit plus you add the balance for payment. We could not do this any cheaper...but we want every participant to earn that reimbursement, too!
Compare the cost of this program and all it includes with the cost of starting any other business from scratch. What would be the cost of hiring someone to build and maintain this kind of website, design marketing materials, find products, store inventory, arrange shipment, etc.? You’ll see there really is no reason why you should not be successful! We’re providing the tools, products, and services in a package that almost guarantees you success if you put in the effort.
Annual Renewal
Program participants will be charged $350 annually to renew our website content and maintenance services. The renewal fee includes domain fees, site hosting, content management, and must be paid in full 10 days before the annual anniversary date of your program sign-up. Your credit card will be automatically billed, unless you notify us of your desire to cancel your participation.
Other Fees
As discussed above, personal website content upgrades and additions can be added. For example, if you have another business and wish to add content to this website, we can do it. Additions beyond what is automatically included with our website program that exceed twelve (12) 10 minute units will be billed at $10 per 10 minute minimum increment, rounding up to the next increment. Example, a change that takes us 16 minutes will be billed as 2 units, or $20. Most minor changes can be made in a matter of minutes and within the 2 hours free each year and not cost you anything. We can add hundreds of pictures and description, dozens of new and unique pages to any website...just remember that you need to get those things orderly to us to minimize the time it takes for us to add them for you.

Print and digital sales materials beyond any included in your support package may be purchased from Wishihadthat, Inc. A link will be provided with 24/7 access to online wholesale ordering.
Cancellation of Website Content Support and Maintenance Services
In lieu of renewal or at any other time, you may cancel our support services to your website, but retain the domain name by payment of $100 and assume all future hosting and web services. At that point, all managed content and formatting supplied by us for your domain will be eliminated. You may take over management of your website domain and assume all administrative control and costs of your site. We will immediately deactivate our ability to maintain or support your site and send you the administrative codes to manage it for yourself. You assume all responsibility for the site, including all future hosting and maintenance fees and services.
Non-payment of the annual content fee will deactiviate all contents from your website 10 days after any payment is due, and a restoration fee of $200 will be charged to reactivate your basic website content.
